Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2026

Financial Times · High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2026

Five years ago we were two people and three investors.

The Financial Times has now placed Archer Wealth at #109 on its 2026 list of the 500 fastest-growing companies in Asia-Pacific.

A note from the Managing Director

In 2021 my friend’s parents put money into Archer Wealth.

I’d known them for years. They weren’t an institution and they weren’t a family office, they were just two people who’d watched me grow up a bit and decided to back me when there wasn’t much to back. They were one of three investors. There were two of us working on it.

I’ve been thinking about them this week because the Financial Times has put Archer Wealth at number 109 on its list of the 500 fastest-growing companies in Asia-Pacific, which is a thing I would not have believed possible if you’d told me about it five years ago.

We now have thirty people, more than $600 million in available capital across our mortgage fund and warehouse facilities, and a broker network that sends us real deal flow every week. None of that was inevitable. Most of it I would have given long odds against in 2021.

The honest thing about an FT ranking is that it measures one period and one metric. It doesn’t capture the decisions that mattered most — the first cheque, the first broker who took a chance, the first borrower who trusted us with a real deadline, the first staff member who turned down a steadier job to join a thesis. Those are the moments the business is actually built on.

So to the people who said yes early, and especially to my friend’s parents — thank you. The rest of us are just standing on what you backed.
