Loan Proposal Form Submitted

Borrowers to submit
An overview of the transaction to determine if we can help

Indicative Loan Outline Issued

Same day response
A detailed loan summary explaining the loan and all the fees and charges upfront for transparency

Letter of Intent Issued

Within 24 hours from recieving the go ahead from the borrower
A formalized version of the loan outline is sent that borrowers sign, pay our due diligence fee of  $2,200 and commit to moving forward

Application Submitted

Borrowers to submit
This includes submission of our app form along with ALL supporting docs so that the loan can be assessed

Valuation

Instructed at the same time as the application and val fee reciept to avoid delays. Usually 2-5 business days
We use our panel of valuers to determine the value of the security being used as collateral

Due Diligence Completed

DD is completed within 48 hours from reciept of valuation and all pending documents
We perform our detailed analysis and present to the credit committee for final approval.

Formal Approval Issued

Same day when DD is completed
Formal Approval letter issued to you that needs to be signed and returned

Loan Documents Instructed

Loan documents are issued within 24 hours from reciept of signed formal approval letter along with part payment of legal fees
We instruct our lawyers to prepare your loan docs subject to reciept of 100% legal fees upfront

Within 48 hours of the reciept of scanned loan documents
Our lawyers verify your signed docs, request any missing docs and prepare for settlement
